An Article in Kommersant stated that several countries including the United States are interested in the Beriev Be-200 amphibious flying boats. Greece and several other countries have already signed purchase agreements. Beriev has been developing excellent flying boats for over 60 years. To my knowledge, no one else has continued development of the large turbojet powered flying boat. Indeed only a handful of prop driven "boats" are in service around the world today. I think it is interesting that the Russians have persisted with this class of aircraft while western aerospace corporations ignored it. Nice niche.
