Editor's Note: The line on the Russian customs declaration form does read: WEAPONS, AMMUNITION, or EXPLOSIVES. It is printed in both Russian an English. It has read so for at least the last ten years and is printed in large type in the airport after you gather your check-on luggage but before you go through customs. Pastor Phillip Miles really should have known not to bring in the ammunition, but three years is a ridiculous sentence. |
