Post Recipe for Olivye from Xenia

I received this nice note about a month ago (before my site was converted to a forum). The note included a recipe, so I will post in under salads. This one is quite different from Zina's recipe for olivye. Thanks for sending it and thanks for including the link to your blog. I visited it and you have some nice articles on Russia which are well written. I'll check your blog out again soon.

> I live in Rostov-on-Don, Russia where you've been too. you seem to be one of those foreigners who really appreciate our country when they come here. Yes, it is worth visiting.
> What I write for is to add new recipe to your collection of our national cuisine. Your published the most famous and favorite Russia salad - olivye, that's right. It is probably a symbol of New Year's day as well. But there is one more salad which is very favorable here in Russia. It is called "Krabovye palochki" (crab sticks).
